Guild Banks and Prestige Currency: Allods Online Reveals Major Guild Overhaul for Update 18.0

Allods Team has shared a comprehensive design blog outlining a foundational overhaul of guild mechanics. Arriving alongside the upcoming 18.0 expansion cycle, the rework modernizes guild infrastructure, resource management, and competitive guild wars across Sarnaut.

The centerpiece of the update is the long-awaited Guild Bank. For years, active raid rosters relied on cumbersome in-game mail chains and dedicated mule characters to distribute raid consumables. The new registry system introduces multiple vault tabs with customizable rank-based permissions: while all roster members can inspect stored supplies, deposits and withdrawals remain strictly governed by officer ranks. A permanent transaction ledger tracks every movement of goods, while capacity upgrades will scale directly through earned guild resources.

Guild progression and currency loops are undergoing a sweeping rebalance:

• Prestige transitions from a passive end-of-season tracker into an active spending currency. Guild leaders can spend accumulated Prestige on milestone talent resets, leveling tomes, cosmetic auras, and expanded vault space. Stacking milestone bonuses that previously broke Prestige gains are now strictly capped at 10%;
• Renown progress will be wiped alongside recalibrated tier milestones. Seasonal rewards will no longer wait for the annual reset; top-ranking guilds will receive prestigious temporary titles and buffs dynamically at the end of each Astral layer cycle;
• Weekly Banner Auctions will let top factions bid Prestige to hoist their banners across high-traffic capitals like Novograd and Nezebgrad, Astral Academies, and focal storyline hubs.

Crucial quality-of-life adjustments target long-standing friction points. Citadel resource turn-ins will now accept bulk contributions up to the daily cap, eliminating the race to turn in materials first for Realgar payouts. On the Dominion battlegrounds, strict limits on downward ranking bids will prevent top-tier guilds from preying on weaker communities. Furthermore, maintaining member Loyalty will become far less tedious, granting passive bumps directly from opening Astral loot chests.
