Aion REFORGED Launches October 20 With Server Merge and Pre-Registration

NCSOFT has officially locked in the launch date for its next major milestone. The brand-new Aion REFORGED server is scheduled to open on October 20, 2026. Pre-registration is now live on the official portal, offering exclusive milestone rewards for newcomers hopping onto the new server as well as dedicated Aion Classic players.

To consolidate population numbers across legacy realms, NCSOFT confirmed an upcoming server merge uniting Siel and Ascend into a single battlegroup. The move aims to reinvigorate open-world PvP friction between Elyos and Asmodians while restoring full-scale participation during Abyss fortress sieges. Guidelines covering character names and guild warehouse migrations have been posted to the official forums.

The launch of Reforged coincides with the arrival of Update 5.5. As part of an overhaul to the cosmetic system, the third-quarter costume rotation will officially close on September 29, paving the way for a permanent wardrobe framework on both Classic and Reforged servers.

Pre-registration remains open through October 19, with reward redemption codes activating alongside the server doors on October 20.
